Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• MBBS or equivalent medical qualification recognized by PMDC / PMC, AND

• FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD / American Board Diploma in the relevant specialty or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC/PMC.

If None Available With Above Qualification

• MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC/PMC, AND

• FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD / American Board Diploma in General Medicine or General Surgery (as relevant), AND

• 03 years post-graduate practical experience in the relevant specialty from a recognized institution.

Important Notes & Instructions

• Applicants must submit a hard copy of the online application form along with two sets of photocopies of all required documents and relevant research papers within 07 working days after the closing date.

• Failure to submit hard copies within time will result in rejection of application.

• PMDC / PMC registration must be valid up to the closing date. If expired, proof of renewal application before the closing date is required.

Research Papers Criteria

• Only original research articles published on or before the closing date will be considered.

• The following are not acceptable:

  • Review articles

  • Case reports / case studies

  • Editorials

  • Conference papers

• Online published research papers in recognized foreign journals are acceptable.

• Journals must be indexed with PMC / PMDC / PubMed / Index Medicus / Embase.

Experience Requirements

• Only practical/teaching experience from PMDC/PMC-recognized institutions will be accepted.

• Experience must be supported by appointment letters / notifications / office orders.

• Government sector experience on Contract, Ad-hoc, Acting Charge, or Current Charge basis will be accepted if issued by competent authority.

• Experience on OPS / BOM / TTS / University Cadre will be accepted only if recognized by PMDC/PMC.

• Experience from foreign, autonomous, or private institutions is acceptable only if verified by PMDC/PMC.
